Download and Install The Example Programs

The last step, go to the tab “Updates” and select “overwrite all files” and then OK. WinRAR will then automatically create the application file.

Done. You could try running the initial program Audacity Regular (installation needed) that had been converted to Portable Audacity (do not need the install). Make sure that the process successfully with double-click on the program with the Windows operating system. You could try copying the file to your USB Drive or Flashdisk and then try running from there.
